Customized Orders
Customized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please ensure all customizations are correct before placing your order. The production time for customized inflatables is approximately 45-60 days due to the nature of the manufacturing process.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping options:
- Express Shipping: Handled by express companies (FedEx, UPS, etc.), with additional charges calculated at checkout.
- Shipping by Sea: For larger or bulk orders. Please contact our support team for more detailed information on sea shipping.

General Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped directly from our studio in Shanghai, China, or from our fulfillment center in Washington, USA. We prioritize fast shipping to ensure our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible. We use priority international shipping, which takes approximately 4-7 business days, excluding weekends. However, shipping times may vary based on the schedules of FedEx and UPS.
Customers are responsible for any import taxes or customs duties imposed by their country.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days excluding weekends. Non-US orders may experience slightly longer processing times.
Product vs Photo
Due to variations in the manufacturing process and differences in screen calibration, there may be slight differences between the actual product and the photos shown online. Professional photos are taken in studio settings. We recommend checking our Instagram for customer-shared photos of our inflatables in real-world settings.
Returns & Refunds
Custom and made-to-order items are final sale — non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Each custom inflatable is manufactured to the specifications provided by the customer; for this reason, Got Inflatables is unable to accept returns or exchanges on these products. Customers are asked to review and confirm all dimensions, colors, and customization details prior to placing an order.
Stock (ready-made) items — 14-day return period. Returns on in-stock items may be requested within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase. All returns require prior authorization; please submit your request to support@gotinflatables.com. Items returned without an approved authorization cannot be accepted. Upon approval, the applicable return address will be provided by email.
Delivery inspection (freight shipments). Our inflatables are dispatched by freight carrier. Customers are required to inspect each shipment before signing the carrier's delivery receipt (Bill of Lading / BOL):
- If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, refuse delivery and decline to sign. Got Inflatables will cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.
- If the delivery is signed for and damage is identified afterward, a return may still be requested; however, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Standard returns. For approved returns of undamaged stock items, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and a 20% restocking fee will be applied to offset freight, material, and labor costs.
Refunds. Following receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will confirm whether the return has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges. To ensure prompt fulfillment, we recommend returning the eligible item and placing a new order for the replacement once the return has been approved.
Non-returnable items. Custom and personalized products, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
European Union — 14-day cooling-off period. For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may cancel or return an order within 14 days without justification, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
