Got Inflatables ships commercial-grade inflatables — water slides, bounce houses, pool bars, custom arches, and event inflatables — worldwide from our facilities in Shanghai, China and Washington, USA. Items in stock at our US warehouse are delivered in as little as 5–10 days, most made-to-order items arrive within 25–30 days, and every order includes tracking so you can follow your inflatable from our factory to your door.

Delivery Times

  • USA stock orders: if your inflatable is confirmed in stock at our Washington, USA warehouse, it is delivered within 5–10 days of purchase.
  • Order processing: 3–5 business days.
  • Made-to-order production: approximately 7–15 business days — including items personalized with your logo, colors, or branding. Adding branding does not add production time.
  • Transit: express delivery (FedEx, UPS) takes approximately 4–7 business days; sea freight for bulky or bulk orders takes longer.
  • Typical total: most made-to-order items arrive within 20–30 days of shipment date. Large sea-freight shipments and fully custom projects that are designed and built from scratch can take up to 45–60 days.

Shipping Options

  • Express Shipping: Handled by express companies (FedEx, UPS, etc.), with additional charges calculated at checkout.
  • Shipping by Sea: For larger or bulk orders. Please contact our support team for more detailed information on sea shipping.

Customized Orders

Customized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please review and confirm all dimensions, colors, and customization details before placing your order — our team will confirm your specifications before production begins.

Import Taxes & Duties

Any import taxes or customs duties, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. Orders shipped within the United States from our Washington facility do not incur import duties.

Product vs Photo

Due to variations in the manufacturing process and differences in screen calibration, there may be slight differences between the actual product and the photos shown online. Professional photos are taken in studio settings. We recommend checking our Instagram for customer-shared photos of our inflatables in real-world settings.

Returns & Refunds

In-stock items can be returned within 14 days of delivery; custom and made-to-order items are final sale. Please inspect every freight delivery before signing the carrier's receipt — if a shipment arrives damaged, refuse delivery and we will make it right.
